Thank you for shopping with Benchmark. Below is important information regarding how and when your order is processed and shipped.


Order Processing Time

All Benchmark products are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.


Delays

Benchmark is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Events beyond our control


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are unable to offer free reshipment or refunds.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Benchmark is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
