Refund & Return Policy – Benchmark

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.

Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To report an issue, email us at DesignedbyBenchmark@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Return Authorization

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Because products are fulfilled by third-party production partners, approved returns (if applicable) will be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a replacement due to a defect or error, we will produce and ship a replacement item.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, unless the product is custom or made to order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

If eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition and packaging


Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
